Program
A 7 week structured training program designed to prepare you for race day.

You train with a team, follow a clear plan and build the strength and running capacity required to perform.

This is your final build towards race day.

What’s
Included

Two specific training sessions per week
90 minute coached sessions focused on technique, strength, compromised running and race efficiency.

One structured running interval session per week
Improve your running efficiency, race pace and threshold.

Additional weekly running homework
Build your aerobic base and prepare for the eight runs in the race.

Technique workshops
SkiErg, RowErg, sled work and race strategy. Three 90min individual sessions

Accountability partner
Stay consistent and push each other throughout the program.

Access to all DJAM sessions
Follow additional recommended training during the program.
